Customer who are login online as our Coolblog member and without collecting 5 stamp coupon from the counters are not entitled for the year end lucky draw.
Customer can also obtain a Member Application form from any of the Coolblog outlets, just fill in the form and fax it back to (07) 3538001 or Email us at business@coolblog.com.my. It will take approximately 7 working days to process the Member application form.
Coolblog is not responsible to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards on it.
Coolblog member card is not a credit card and is non-transferable. Coolblog reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder from time to time.
Coolblog member are entitled of a free drink which indicated by the management during his/her’s birthday. This card must be presented with his/her’s I/C in order to enjoy the free drinks.
Coolblog member card is valid for 1 year from the date of issued.
